Payment and Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

At the time of making the reservation, a deposit of one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the stay must be made; said reservation will not be considered firm until said deposit is made.

The guest will receive the details of their reservation by email or text message via WhatsApp, as well as all the related data and conditions.

GENERAL POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS

Based on the country’s tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% VAT supplement, a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Both documents are required to be exempt from paying this supplement. If the 2 documents are not presented, the supplement must be paid.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. The supplement is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your reservation, online or by contacting our establishment, the amount of the value to be refunded is governed by the following terms:
With 30 or more days left until the reserved date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. ï‚· Between 29 and 15 days, 80% of the deposit will be refunded. ï‚· Between 14 and 5 days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. ï‚· Less than 5 days there will be no refund of the deposit.

NO SHOW POLICY:

The reservation is maintained until 12 midnights on the day of arrival. Any guest who has a reservation at the hotel and does not arrive on the scheduled date is considered NO SHOW and must pay our establishment 100% of the value of the first night and the balance will be available to the Guest for a future reservation date. Additionally, the reservation will be automatically canceled and in the event that it needs to be reactivated, a new reservation must be requested, which will be subject to availability of our establishment.
