🌿 Andean Wood-Fired Sauna Experience

1. Preparing the fire (15 minutes)

We begin by lighting the wood fire that gently heats the natural stones inside our handmade wooden sauna.
As the fire grows, you can enjoy the crackling sound of the wood and the comforting scent of smoke blending with the fresh mountain air.

2. Infusing the local herbs (10 minutes)

Once the stones are hot, we place local medicinal herbs—such as eucalyptus, muña, and mint—over them.
The heat releases their essential oils, filling the sauna with soothing natural aromas.

3. The sauna session (around 60 minutes)

Inside the sauna, your body begins to sweat and release toxins naturally.
Warm water is poured over the hot stones every few minutes, creating a gentle herbal steam.
This vapor helps you breathe deeply, relax your muscles, balance your inner temperature, and calm your mind.
You can meditate, reflect, or simply enjoy the quiet warmth.

To finish, you may take a warm, cold, or hot shower—depending on your preference or the weather.
